We would like to inform you that the cross-border merger process has been completed, whereby the Slovak company ChemProtect.SK s.r.o. merged with the Czech company ChemProtect.CZ s.r.o. as the successor company. The final registration of this step was completed on November 1, 2025. From that date, we are supplying our products under the new name ChemProtect.CZ.
